At SUVA Lapidary Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion gemstone and jewelry equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and protective packaging intact to ensure a safe transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
